Where are you located?
Our Head Office is located in Ponsonby, Auckland. All of our orders are dispatched from here. We also have members of our incredible sales team based in both the North and South Island.

If you have an account with us and are logged in you should be able to find all relevant marketing support in the marketing tab at the top of the website.
Shipping questions
Where do you ship your products from?
All products are shipped from our warehouse based in Kingsland, Auckland. In most cases, an order will be dispatched within 48 hours of receieving them.
When will my order arrive?
Standard economy service.
Auckland- Overnight
North Island 1-2 days
South Island 2-3 days
Rural- additional 3-4 days.
